Your commitment to us 

Once WWT have received and accepted your order for tickets and received payment in full,  there will be a binding contract in place between us and you. 

These terms and conditions will apply to that contract. 

WWT’s commitment to you 

When booking to visit Castle Espie or Llanelli, WWT will ensure that tickets booked on-line at least 24 hours in advance of the date of the visit will always cost 10% less than a ticket purchased on arrival.  

If WWT have to close a centre at a time when you have booked tickets to visit, you will have the option to postpone your visit to another date or have a full refund. WWT will not be liable to you for any losses or expenses other than the price paid for the tickets.        

Prices and payment  

The price of your tickets will be those showing on the WWT website at the time you place your order.  No additional tax or  surcharges will be added. 

Prices displayed on the WWT website are subject to change from time to time.  

WWT  accept most major credit and debit cards in partnership with our payment gateway. 

Online Booking 

Tickets  purchased on-line may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.  

Tickets may not be re-sold.   

Online discounts or offers are available in limited quantities for limited periods only and are not generally available on bookings made by phone or in person. 

Online tickets are valid for a single visit to the specified centre for the specified date only. You will need to provide your booking reference number or email print out on arrival at the centre admissions desk. 

WWT reserve the right to refuse entry to late arrivals. 

Advance online bookings attracting a discount will not be refunded if cancelled.  In  extraordinary  circumstances, to be decided at WWT’s discretion,  it may be possible to amend the date of your visit by contacting tickets@wwt.org.uk.  

Online tickets don’t allow entry to any special events taking place within the centre which require a further fee. Check the website details of special events before visiting.      

Online tickets purchased for a visit to WWT Llanelli between 20th July and 1st September 2024 inclusive will also be covered by a Rainy Day Guarantee. 

Online Security 

To ensure that your online payment is secure, your credit / debit card details will be encrypted on a secure server.
