Woodland animals - summer art workshop
Join us for WEEK 1 of our summer art workshops with local artist Amy Brooks (Mrs BArts). In this special family-friendly workshop you'll enjoy working with metallic acrylic inks to create a wonderful woodland animal.
Time: 10am - 11.30pm
Cost: £16pp (all children and adults wishing to participate will need to purchase a ticket, adults are welcome to watch if they'd prefer not to take part themselves)
Ideal for: Children aged 6+ and their grown ups!
In this guided session, you'll learn step-by-step techniques to paint animals such as rabbits, deer, hedgehogs, and owls on textured paper. Aprons will be provided, but we recommend wearing clothes you don't mind getting messy - no previous art experience necessary!
We're inviting families to take part in this workshop and enjoy spending time together as you get creative! Adults are welcome to join the session with their children (please purchase a separate ticket for each participant) or enjoy from the side-lines - whatever you prefer!
(The cost covers the art workshop only - general admission much be purchased if you'd like to explore our wetlands after the event.)
