Project Godwit Guided Tour (Welney)
Enjoy a 1 hour guided presentation and tour of Project Godwit at WWT Welney.
Our guide will give you an overview of the project using footage and images of the project so far and the headstarting stages that are not on view to visitors. Then take a walk with the guide to see the 2022 headstarted chicks in the rearing area, before heading to the hides to spot wild black-tailed godwits and headstarted birds that have returned from previous years.
Wear clothing appropriate for the forecasted weather, use our postcode on weather website searches - PE14 9TN. Footwear suitable for walking along solid footpaths will be fine.
Time of tour: 1.30-2.30pm
Cost: Included in admission, free to WWT members.
